From compact, simple hydraulic rams to complex, telescopic hydraulic cylinders, we engineer and produce custom designs to suit even the most specialised applications.

Our state of the art manufacturing hub in Newcastle works closely with our engineering department to produce precision components in any material, with pinpoint accuracy.

Cylinders manufactured in-house by skilled technicians using state of the art machinery including CNC milling, turning, boring, honing and welding capabilities 

We manufacture to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 standards, and are certified by Standards Australia 

In-house hard chrome plating for rods up to 12m 

Custom designed seals manufactured from a range of application-specific materials 

All cylinders are exhaustively tested and verified and come with Berendsen’s guarantee of quality
